Tamilnadu Govt Jobs 2025 – The Tamilnadu Stationery and Printing Department has officially released a new recruitment notification for 56 vacancies. Interested and eligible candidates can apply offline for various technical posts including Assistant Offset Machine Technician, Junior Electrician, Junior Mechanic, and Plumber & Electrician. Educational Qualification

1. Assistant Offset Machine Technician

• Must have passed SSLC (10th Standard).
• Diploma in Printing Technology OR Technical Trade Certificate in Litho Offset Machine from a recognized institution.
• Experience Required:
  • Diploma holders – Minimum 1 year experience operating offset printing machine in a reputed press.
  • Trade Certificate holders – Minimum 3 years experience operating offset printing machine in a reputed press.

2. Junior Electrician

• Must have passed SSLC.
• Technical Trade Certificate (Electrician) from Government-approved institution OR minimum apprenticeship in Electrician trade under Apprentices Act 1961.
• Preference Order:
  1. Apprentices trained in Government Press with required qualifications.
  2. Apprentices with education but without technical qualification (subject to Trade Test).
  3. Candidates with technical and educational qualifications.
  4. Mazdoors (below 35 years) with 2+ years service in Government Press.

3. Junior Mechanic

• Must have passed SSLC.
• Technical Trade Certificate (Mechanic) OR apprenticeship as per Apprentices Act 1961.
• Preference Order:
  1. Apprentices trained in Government Press with qualifications.
  2. Apprentices with education but without technical qualification (subject to Trade Test).
  3. Others with required qualification.
  4. Mazdoors (below 35 years) with 2+ years service in Government Press.

4. Plumber & Electrician

• Must have passed SSLC.
• ITI Certificate in Plumbing.
